The Mack family left Nashville on Tuesday following the CMA week. A limousine picked them up at the Union Station Hotel and delivered them to the Nashville Air Port in time to check-in at the curb and visit Barbara Ann Brown for a while.
They had a couple of free days to do as they wished, and it seems Mack and Joe recorded a few more songs on their own. We'll try to get the mp3s online for everyone to enjoy as soon as they become available. We are sure you'll enjoy them as much as we did.
Visit InsideMusicRow frequently to see the videos of the Mack family on the tour of their life.

Day 5. The Mack family started the day at the J.T. Martell Foundation's "Ride for a Cure." It is a Cool Springs Harley-Davidson sponsored concert hosted by Little Big Town and friends, followed by a motor cycle ride from Cool Springs to Columbia, TN. This event is for the benefit of cancer research.
Mack's greatest wish was to see Tayor Swift, but he was told it wasn't possible due to the huge demand on her time. After contacting Big Machine Records we were able to arrange it. Mack brought his new guitar to the Convention Center, where he got to meet Taylor Swift, had her sign his guitar and poise for a picture with him.
Later we all headed for L.P. Field to see the CMA finale. The show included such headlines as Miranda Lambert, Jack Ingram, Montgomery Gentry, John Rich, Kenny Chesney and of course, Taylor Swift. ABC was there recording the show for a live broadcast on Monday, August 31, 2009 at 8/7c.

Day 2. The Sam's Club "Ultimate Nashville Road Trip Day 2" began when Scottieo arrived with the Nitetrain Coach. Destination: The Loveless Cafe for a breakfast that most celebrities in Nashville find irresistible. That evening the Macks went on a tour of Music Row before Mack went to the Fun House Studio to do some recordings of his own.

The Macks arrive in Nashville for the Sam's Club "Ultimate Nashville Road Trip." Mack's wife Nancy, and their son Carl, wanted 76 year old Mack to enjoy this trip of a life time. So Carl was at his computer and ready as soon as the trip became available and helped his Mom buy the trip for his dad, Mack!
Barbara Ann Brown, representing Sam's Club, and photographer Chari Slocum, met the family as they deplaned at the Nashville Airport. At the first glimpse of the motor coach, provided by Nitetrain, huge smiles appeared on all of their faces.
(The coach leaves for a Wynonna gig as soon as it is finished with Mack!) Scottieo was the driver and Joseph Martin was the tour guide as the motor coach navigated Nashville's points of interest. The beautiful Union Station Hotel was their home base for the week. After a peek at their rooms they all headed to the Prime 108 restaurant in the hotel for a feast. Then they headed for the first day of official festivities.
The first day included a star studded parade down Broadway. They were interviewed for Inside Music Row by Kelly Lynn, then were lost in the crowd as they were lured by the music.

Good Afternoon,
Wow, I am ready for a weekend! However, it has been a great week! Lots of projects coming to fruition.
The Sam's Club CMA Ultimate Road Trip is next week. Corey at CMA has been great! Chip with Nitetrain Coaches, Jeff at CJM, and of course, the record production team of Michael Peterson and Ric Web are all anxiously awaiting the meeting of "Mack" and Nancy. We have a great trip for them!
I am picking them up at the airport in their own star coach "Southern Comfort", courtesy of Nitetrain. Mack, who is 72 years old, said he preferred that I pick him up on a Harley.
The foursome from Lombard, IL have an exciting week ahead. We will do reports from CMAFEST of all the fun stuff we do!
The artwork for product to go into Wal-Mart is almost finished! I'll keep you posted on this, don't wanna jinx it! I have been working on Sam's Club CMA Ultimate Road Trip project for about a year and a half!
We have a new project in the works – it is called "HomeLess". Take a look at the Project Gallery for pics of some of the primary people involved. Lots more on this as time goes on.
Special thanks to Chari@Charion.com for the pictures, Chari does great work!
Have a fabulous weekend, spend time with your family, and your friends, if you don't have any - go make them! Friends, that is.
See you soon!
Be Blessed.

Good Morning,
I had a great conversation with "Mack" yesterday. Mack is the proud owner of the Sam's Club "Once In A lifetime Ultimate Roadtrip to CMA Festival in Nashville" in June.
Mack and his wife Nancy are really excited to get the trip! Their son planned his strategy and sat at the computer to be the first to click to buy at the instant the 'Ultimate Roadtrip" became available!
Mack is jazzed over his professional recording session that is a part of the package. He is equally excited that parts of the session and the trip will be filmed for the Inside Music Row show.
We will follow up with pictures and a full report on the trip!
Check out all the companies who are a part of the promotion as you look at the complete details at www.samsclub,com, scroll down on left and click on Once In A Lifetime Packages..
